CRAMPS SO BAD IM THROWING UP
What's the best way to deal with cramps my cramps each month are different but a couple months ago they were so bad I couldn't sleep they were so bad I act Lou threw up twice it was scary because that's never happen to me . Any tips? Thanks also am I the only one ?
