guys I just need advice?

So I got the iud in December and I have been having two week long period. I hadn't had unprotected sex until march 8th my period started February 12th basically dragged on into march 9th basically when I stopped spotting. eve tells me I should be getting my period in ten days I have this side cramps on my lefts side is there anything to worry about ladies? Do you think I might be pregnant ?
