First TTC in Jan. 2016. Got pregnant immediately and had first ultrasound at 6w 4d. Went in to hear baby's heartbeat this past Monday (11w) and no heartbeat. Followed with U/S to confirm and baby stopped growing around 6w 5d or so. I find it odd that first U/S was at 6w 4d and heartbeat was normal and then the day after it stopped growing. They did an internal U/S at 6w 4d because it was too early to detect heartbeat with a stomach U/S. Has anyone else had this happen. Is it possible the internal U/S did something to harm the baby?
