I literally don't wear pads. I wear tampons over night legit every time and I've never had any problems. Change it right before you go to sleep. Change it when you wake up, or if you wake up in the middle of the night.

I wear tampons at night sometimes, mostly when my flow is meduim to heavy or when l suspect it to be. Those "over night" pads are a bunch of crap - blood will get everywhere (it drips down my butt crack when i'm laying on my back and gets all over my underwear and sheets). I have better chances of waking up clean if l sleep with both a tampon and a pad.

I've done it a couple times to be honest but I'd never recommend it it. Ur better of wearing a pad or those special panties for ur period
