Really bad diarrhea??????? TMI kinda

So I've been having really bad diarrhea lately. I started on Monday but I think I may have also eaten some undercooked chicken on Sunday (it was in the fridge bc i didn't eat dinner with my family so i just heated it up in the microwave and i noticed it was still kind of pink). Is it possible I have food poisoning or is this just from my period??? And yes, I know you guys aren't doctors but I just need some help right now. It's midnight and can't go anywhere ☹️☹️☹️
