My baby is sick for the first time

My 4 month old baby girl is congested, has a stuffy nose, and keeps coughing. I hate seeing her like that.. she has been coughing so much where its got to the point that she vomitedd like alot. She has no fever, still eating well , and having her normal dirty and wet diapers... i just hope she gets better soon .
