So ive been breastfeeding for over 5 months now . A month ago it started becoming painful again. & its been getting worse ever since . It hurts both internal & external. Today i just couldnt take it anymore & stopped during a feed & when i looked at it it was cut in 3 diffrent spots! It was so painful & im so scared for the next feed . Idk what to do! I dont want to stop breastfeeding:/ ive been using coconut oil on them but hasnt been helping much ..  Idk why this is happening 5 months in 😭😭😭
