😢😢😫toothache help!!!!

I'm 12 weeks today and have a tooth extraction scheduled for the 22nd next week...the doc already put me on antibiotics for 7 days and I'm done with that tooken as prescribed. But my tooth still hurts. I don't think I can wait. He wanted to wait till I was in my 2nd trimester. What can I do? nothing is helping. I have been taking Tylenol every day that I'm starting to worry about my baby.
