I can't tell if I'm having a light period or spotting. This is my 4th day in a row of spotting like bleeding; I've only needed a panty liner, but I'm having the typical period symptoms. Except my cramps are BAD, like I've cried type bad. Typically my periods are crime scenes. Like the elevator from the shining type blood. I've always had bad cramps, nausea, back pain, sensitive twins, heightened sense of smell, and head aches; but they're short, I bleed like 4 days on average. I'm so confused as to what is going on. At first I thought it was implantation symptoms, but no positive pregnancy tests. If this isn't my period, I'm 3-6 days late. I'm slightly irregular so there's a 3 day window that I can start between. I'm so confused... any help would be lovely.
