You need to go to someone you can trust and let them know what is going on (friend, parent, sibling, law enforcement, etc.) Find a safe place for when or if things get out of control. In the meantime, if it were me, I would find a permanent safe place to stay while you get OUT of that relationship. It won't get better. No matter what anyone says. It will stay the same or get worse. You need to worry about your own physical and mental safety as well as your childrens'. It may be incredibly difficult and you may have deep feelings for him...but you will thank yourself in the long run the sooner you are out of that bad relationship.
