Seeking a friend for advice

I'm new to tracking and have a family history of infertility problems, mostly caused my hormone imbalances. Is there anyone with the same problems? My husband and I have been trying (and not not trying if you catch my drift) since about two years ago (officially trying for 6 months) but to no avail. HELP
