I'm 6 and half weeks

I'm 6 and half weeks pregnant and I've been spotting I was told it's nothing to worry about I've not had any cramps or anything so I was told baby is okay has anyone had bleeding and their pregnancys was fine? I'm only 19 and i had a miscarriage last year help please
