How many pillows have you maxed out to for heartburn relief and indigestion? I maxed out with three plus a wedge pillow so 4 and still didnt work! 36.5 weeks

I was up to 6 pillows then my body/pregnancy pillow and one behind my back 😂 it was brutal. Finally got some zantac and it's been absolutely amazing. I take it before bed and now I don't feel like I'm going to burn a hole through my chest and throat.

You can flip this around the other way too - got this for sitting up in bed way before I was pregnant - they had an open box deal and sale on top of it so I think it was $40

My hubby and I are in the process of moving (would never recommend anyone do this during pregnancy lol) so we've been on a futon mattress on the floor 😭 it's incredibly painful to sleep on now that I'm 35 weeks, but to make it a little better I have my yoga mat on my side, a blanket, two body pillows and then two normal pillows lol

I'm up to like 5 and a body pillow. Pretty much sleep sitting up 😂.   It's absolutely horrible but at least a little sleep is better then none haha

I'm a huge believer in no medicine (planning to do all natural birth) but my heartburn was making sleeping impossible so my dr prescribed me ranitidine and I take it as needed and heartburn is no longer an issue at all!
