If your SO has a baby mama, how do you feel about her?

My bf has a kid from a past relationship. He's cordial with his ex, including having dinner with her and their son every week when he picks up his son for the weekend. I try to be a mature adult, so I hang out with the three of them as well, and I'm nice when I'm around her...but secretly I think his ex is an immature, irresponsible person and I'm kind of pissed I'll be stuck with her in my life forever just because my bf was an idiot 20 year old and made a baby with her. I feel pretty guilty that I feel that way, but I don't know what I can do to change my feelings--no one knows I feel this way, but it's only been 3 years with my bf...I don't know if I can maintain this facade forever.
