Bbt question
This is my first month tracking bbt. Now I have a question about it. The past few days of me tracking it has been steadily rising. I wake up and take my temp. The same time every day give or take 5-10 minutes. I don't even get up. Nothing to drink or eat so my temp is accurate. I didn't know if my temp rising like this was normal or not.
