Plus size/ C-section

Question, this is my first pregnancy, I am 12 weeks with twins, I am a big girl and I have what they call an apron basically a lower belly and I'm really concerned that if I have to have a C-section it's going to be really hard having that belly there, do you think there's any chance of me having my twins vaginally? I would rather push them out then have to have surgery. Just a little nervous.
