So i switched from the ring to depo after a month of being of the ring which just made me have a A LOT of mood swings and it also kept slipping down And my doctor told me to keep the ring on for the first 7 days of depo tomorrow makes my 7th day the thing is i never got my period on the ring so im wondering if keeping the ring on for these 7 days will somehow effect my period with depo and all???
