What birth control works best to control and make your periods better? I need major help😫

My patch seems to be amazing. My periods are extremely predictable, much lighter than they were, and less painful. Everyone is different of course, but I'm highly impressed by this birth control. Very effective as long as used correctly. Only complaint is that it can cause some skin irritation where you place the patch. I've been through alllll sorts of birth control though and I'll definitely take the skin irritation over other side effects. If you're looking to keep your periods predictable and lighter, stay away from the Paragard IUD. Its known to often make periods heavier and more painful, although everyone is different.
