After getting off birth control, how many of you got a regular cycle? How long did it take till it became regular?? I was off birth control in August and I had gotten my period back right away and for 6 months it was pretty regular. Than last month it was 4 days late and light (not spotting light) and I had no cramping or anything which also wasn't normal cause usually it's a medium or heavy flow and terrible cramps. When it did start it lasted as long as normal tho. Then this month I am a week late. Still no cramping either. I have some stomach problems but I think I caught a virus from my mother. Could I be irregular all of a sudden? I will take a pregnancy test but I don't think that's possible. Kinda just think my cycle went abnormal all of a sudden.
