Sleeping, and back pain.

Well I'm 14 weeks and I'm finally starting to get a little baby belly pooch. It's getting to the point where I'm not able to sleep on my tummy (my favorite sleep position) which kinda sucks. Sleeping on my sides all night are starting to give me shoulder pain, i have a body pillow(not the pregnancy pillow) but it only supports so much. I'm not sure how to get comfortable anymore. And ontop of the shoulder aches, everytime i wake up my back is super tender, it feels like the muscles on my spine are seperating slightly, is there anyway i can get some relief? I know this will be a long journey and there will be many uncomfortable sleepless nights, but I'm trying to enjoy my comfort while i still am( as well as my little tot) fairly small. Any suggestions for now and even in the future for better sleep, and feeling less crappy waking up?
