why am I feeling like this 😩

I'm 4dpo..and the past few days mainly the day after ovulation my nipples were SO sore it was unbelievable and still to this day they're still tender.. I've been craving SO much food all the time & ive been urinating a lot (I have been drinking only water the past month but only these past few days I've been urinating a lot, it hasn't been a problem before). I was wondering if this could just be from ovulation?? I was cramping the day or two after ovulation like super bad worse than ever..
