PCOS and endo?

Does anyone with endometriosis also deal with having PCOS? If so how do you deal with managing both?

I have both pcos and endo. I think the main challenge for us is what to eat actually!

So far I've found the best results have been from really careful changes in diet and exercise but that isn't always easy and since my laparoscopy in December I've slipped into really bad habits, oops!

I have suffered with both. And if I don't stick to a strict diet I regret it but it is very difficult but a must. And I don't  mean strict as in only eat a little, I mean strict as in a very clean diet. No dairy, gluten, sugar, red meat, processed meats. Pinterest has a lot of helpful recipes and ideas. 😊
