CONFUSED bleeding and cramping hcg rising
so I'm 4 weeks 2 days today! about 3 or 4 days ago I started spotting. First started light pink blood then I had some bright red blood. Since it started I have constantly been having period like cramps in my lower back and stomach pretty bad and constant. The bleeding isn't bad enough to like where it's falling out of me or to where i have to wear pads, it's just there when I wipe or pee. I went to the ER two days ago bc i was so worried about the cramping and bleeding being a bad sign. They said it was still positive and my hcg was 96 which was very low for 4 weeks and they diagnosed me with a threatened misscariage and to come back in 48 hours to see if my hcg was rising or lowering and that would help us see a little better what's going on. I went back 48 hours later still cramping and bleeding and come to find out my HCG levels have TRIPPLED and is now 315. this shocked me so much bc i was so thinking it had lowered and i was losing my baby. They said to see my obgyn in 7-10 days and stay in bed rest and take it easy but that this was very good and awesome it didn't lower. they still called in a threatened misscarage because any bleeding during a pregnancy could be that. Idk what to think!! has this happend to anyone?? anyone think I could be fine or could hcg still rise with miscarriage? also i heard you can still have periods during pregnancy that everyone is different?? ah any answers or advice helps!!! Praying for a safe and healthy baby it's all i've ever wanted!!!!
