I would shower first to clean and then relax in a bath ahaha because your period doesn't flow in water it's all good! Ahaha

I hoping that some people replied No on accident or that I read the question wrong. Women are not getting in the shower when they are on their period? I shower daily and when I'm on my cycle I'm most definitely making sure some water is getting on my ass twice a day. I'm confused by this.

A bath helps so much with cramps!! Just laying down and relaxing, really helps with the pains and cramps
