IUD is gone...

I had my Mirena IUD removed on Friday 5/16. I had is removed for other reasons although my husband and I are entertaining the idea of TTC. He is 37 and feels too old, therefore we39re not completely ready for the major decision yet. We had unprotected sex that following Saturday and Sunday (just used to doing so and was caught up in the moment so wasn39t thinking about the iud being gone). I had some yucky stomach pains and yucky stools Sunday and Monday. Mid - morning on Monday I bled a little all day...very light. Same thing today. Is this my period? Could I be pregnant? Need Advice please!
