So yesterday was my first day trying the diva cup. First insertion felt okay but I was leaking a teensy bit. Washed my hands, adjusted it, was great the rest of the day. Removed/emptied/washed/reinserted before bed. It seemed to be in okay, not leaking. Got in bed around midnight, woke around 4am to a big mess 😢😢😢 I know there is a "learning curve" to it, but when it feels like it's in right, I did the whole 360° turn thing to "seal" it...how do I know it's really in there right?!? The whole point of this is so I don't have to wear pads, but now I'm afraid to use it without a pad to protect from leaks 😭 Sheesh, I'm a grown woman with 3 kiddos...you'd think I'd have this period thing down by now!
