threaten miscarriage at 10 weeks

Last night we went to the ER. I had been in a lot of pain all day and I wanted to make sure the baby was okay. They took some tests, baby looked fine and growing with a strong heart beat of 189. I was given the test results but no one explained to me why my results said I had a cyst, low white blood cell count, and why I had a low grade fever. They treated me for a threaten miscarriage and pumped me with antibiotics for a possible bacterial infection since they found a lot of white blood cells during my pelvic exam. I'm on bed rest for two days. I was discharged and told to make a follow up appointment with an OB. On top of all this I haven't been able to eat and have had diarrhea all night and morning and my 9 month old is sick. I'm still having some cramping and back pain, no vaginal bleeding, but so worried because I can't see an OB until Tuesday and the ER dr said it could still be early signs of miscarriage.
