really long shot at getting an answer to this question, but does anyone know if periods/bleeding can be affected by any type of medicines administered through an iv or blood work or saline or anything? i have procedures done every 6 weeks and i'm put to sleep, and recently i had a surgery with a few complications, so i've been in and out of the hospital. everytime, i bleed for around 12 hours and it's so weird. i never have any cramps it's just light bleeding.
