I'm still relatively new to tampons.

I've used them for my last two periods because they have been light and I'm getting tired of the uncomfortable feel of pads.

Buy I'm still unsure of the tampons.

So my question. I have been only seeing brown blood mostly, red mixed in a little in the start of my period. But I only bleed on the tampon never anywhere elsewhere not even when I take it out at night and where a pad.

Is that normal? And the tampon is starting to go up higher. I still have one day of period . But should I do something different? I only leave it in a few hours. I hope my ask makes sense.
