I'm having a prosterior lumber spinal fusion on May 24th, but my luck I'm going to be on my period. I'm very shy about being on it, I just don't like a lot of people to know. This surgery is a 5-6 hour surgery at a minimum, I'll also be in the hospital for 5 days after. What and How should I handle being on my period while being in the hospital? I'm really nervous about it, like having someone else being "down there" and changing that for me 😭 Have you ever been on your period while in the hospital?
