Not Pregnant, Not PCOS

Kyla
Well, I've been on a little bit of a health roller coaster. I've not had a period for 109 days. Preliminary urine tests ruled out pregnancy. I went to my doctor & we did several blood tests. My free testosterone was a little high & my estrogen levels where consistent with the beginning of a cycle - like I hadn't ovulated in three months. My thyroid & a whole slew of other things were normal. I was sent in for a transvaginal ultrasound at the hospital - super uncomfortable. They suspected that I had PCOS. I was called and informed that I only had one small cyst on one of my ovaries. It is not PCOS. I was placed on Sprintec 28 birth control in an effort to "kick start" my cycle. I'll go back to the doctor in a couple weeks to be re-evaluated. I'm frustrated because I think my body is trying to tell me something with whole not having a period, feeling bloated every morning when I wake up, swollen lymph nodes & abdominal pain & we just haven't figured out yet. What do y'all think? I need some insight & advice.
