older sister advice 🤔🚨🚨🚨🚨

SO. I'm soon to be 20, go to college, still live with my parents. I have a younger brother who is 14. I've let him try alcohol with me before, I've let him take a hit off a cigar whenever I used to smoke occasionally.. you know let him kind of experience things so he's not completely nieve like I was until I tried things out on my on. I don't have anything against smoking weed, but it's illegal in the state I live in. I've smoked it and it wasn't my thing so I stopped. No big deal.

Well my brother has a foul mouth which he doesn't cuss around mom but that doesn't really bother me besides the fact that it's annoying. What is concerning is that he is drinking alcohol with friends, he's mixing cough syrup into a drink to make lean, he's smoking weed with friends who have been caught with it before. And he's only 14. I don't want to be the one to not say anything and him ruin himself nor do I want to snitch bc our mom is just one of those don't drink, cuss, smoke, have sex bf your married, etc type of people. Our cousins are concerned and asking me do I know about it..

HELP.??
