SUPER light period after Plan B?

So back in February the condom broke and I took a one step Plan B the next day, my period cam a few weeks later but it was VERY light. I felt like I was wasting tampons because it was so light and it only lasted 3 days (mine usually last 4-5 days). This month my period is super light again, i didn't even bother putting on a tampon, I just put on a panty liner. Is this normal?
