confused
I went on vacation for about a week and usually get my period around the 13th. It's about 4 days late and I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I have never experienced this and not sure what threw off my cycle
Update: still haven't gotten any pre period spotting or blood but I'm experiencing lots of cramping in my lower abdomen
