I love how most people who think it's not a choice and say it's nurture never take the time to think that most of the LGBTQ community came from 2 straight parents. Seriously, stop blaming them for things when obviously it's the fault of the heterosexuals who keep having them. Lol

I think it's nature. We are born whatever way we are. Like I've always been more attracted to dairy haired men with fair or olive complexions. Always. I never sat down and decided to be attracted to men or to a certain appearance. Your brain is hardwired in my opinion.

I believe it is a mixture mainly due to the fact that most behaviors are a mixture of nurture and nature.

Addiction for example is a nature genetic issues. Many people are predisposed to become addicted to something. But nurture determine the degree and what type of addiction(gambling or drugs)

I believe homosexuality is the same way you can be predisposed to be homosexual, but ultimately it is nurture that effects the out come many people who feel gay in one form or another never act upon it, I'm not saying that's healthy, but their nurture told them not to.

Many behaviors are this way from aggression to attitudes toward relationships

I've been straight since I discovered my own sexuality, without any influence from my parents. I'd be hard-pressed to believe it's different for any other sexual orientation.
