Question

Me and my SO have been together for 8 months and talking for over three years. A few days ago he asks for my ring size because his mom is "trying to get rid of some of her rings." Then today he said he bought a surprise for me but it has to have something done to it and that he might not have it until next weekend? He gave hints that it's expensive. I was talking about my best friend wanting to break up our future marriage and he goes "well that might be coming soon." I didn't completely hear him and I said what and he blew it off like he didn't mean to say that. Please help. Does it sound like he's getting ready to propose? 😱

Update:: I don't think he's going to do it. His real dad asked if he had married me yet and he goes "not yet, I'd like to take my time" 😭😭
But then why just a few days ago did he say that might be coming soon?? 😭😭😭😭

Update:: we had this weekend planned for over a month and now he's backed out and I'm pissed.

I sure hope you have better luck than me with my (thank goodness) ex boyfriend... he had me all hyped, on my birthday, when he pulled the same shenanigans on me saying he had something expensive waiting for me at home that I was going to love.....it was a space heater 😡 I was livid.

Aw it does sound like he's going to propose! My man dropped hints like that and in the end I couldn't tell if he'd propose or he was booking a holiday. Thankfully he proposed as I'd got myself all excited 😂 good luck to you

Today we were listening to our song and at one point it goes "came to far to break up now" and he goes "you agree with that right?" I said "yeah, I already know I'm going to marry you." He paused for a second, looked at my eyes and went, "well that's good" 😂
