sudden ridges on labia minora?!

I'm really scared because I all of the sudden have jagged edges on my labia minora. It kind of looks bumpy, but not really. It's just on the very edges and the best way I can describe it is a lot of like rolling hills on the edges. I'm scared it could be genital warts. I also think I have a yeast infection. I went to the doctor and got on medication for a uti and it hasn't helped much so I'm thinking it's a yeast infection. They tested me for chlamidiya and ghonorreah and they were negative. I have an appt to get checked for everything Friday, but do you think these ridges should scare me ? And how do I treat a yeast infection?
