I'm 5 weeks acording to glow. I was spotting brown for like 4 days then it stopped for a day and then the next day there was blood , and started having period-like cramps and bleeding just if i just got my period its been 2 days today bleeding. Am i having a miscarriage? I went to the hospital and they said that yes im pregnant but my levels or hormones are low , i have to go for a blood test follow up to see if the levels went up. Im so nervous and i just want to know if my baby is okay. I have heard that some ppl have their period and bleed tru pregnancy... i want to have hope 😭
