Basically girls. I used a new shower gel and down below and my bum is really sore. Like it's a burning. I can't even wipe without nearly crying it's that painful. I've been using sudacream to try calm it down but it doesn't seem to be working. I also really need your go for a number 2 for like 3 days but it really burns whenever I try go. I end up giving up the pains that bad. Anyone got any idea what I could do to help me go the toilet and stop the pain?
