I NEED HELP! I can't deal with this.

so I was in relationship with this guy from London for 3 years. It's a long distance relationship. I broke up and he thinks that I cheated on him. But I didn't. Now he will take revenge. He said that he will make a video about me being naked. He will send this to my family and friends. He's giving me 3 days. Also he will send screenshots of our chats to my family. Help me if you can. This is pressuring me. I can't deal with this. Help!!!
