Late af. Should I test?

Glow says I'm 2 days late but tmrw I'm due for af on my other period app. Yesterday I had some pink spotting that lasted maybe 30 minutes and now I have clear cm. I'm CD 31 and my last 2 cycles were 29 days. I've had cramping on and off also my back aches but that's it. I'm feeling sick today but I think it's unrelated
