when to start ovulation tests?

Hello all,
   When should you start using ovulation strips? I had AF March 13. Cycle was 5 days.  I'm still kind of "all over the place" with AF, cycle length etc ever since I had my first baby. Thanks!

Since my ms I am all over the place. I had a guy feeling this month to start testing early and I ovulated super early (cd 15). Last month I ovulated cd 22. So if your still all over the place. Start early. :). Good luck!

Af started on the 13th for me as well. Not exactly sure when to use OPKS as my cycles days are crazy 33/34 days.

I start testing on cd7... it depends on how long your cycle is though

I was told to start at CD 10, so 10 days after the first day of your period. I have a 29 day cycle and thus far I've spiked at CD  5 or 16. Now that I know that I start testing at CD12 just in case I ovulate early. I use the cheap ones and created a sheet to keep track. So so helpful. They do fade/change after sometime but still helpful to look back
