Pregnant from condoms + birth control??

Has anyone gotten pregnant from both the pill and condoms

That's how I was made. My mom used both a condom and birth control  (to be fair she didn't take it at the same time every day) and got pregnant. Even if you do it right everything there is always a very small chance you can still get pregnant

I was conceived when my mom was using a condom (for the very first time) and my sister was conceived while my mom was taking birth control. It's very possible!
