Help Me??

I have no clue what my body is doing! I haven't had my period for two months. One day blood came out and I was really happy that my period came but now I just have a very small amount of blood each day. I have never had sex so I can't be pregnant and have implantation bleeding. I work out a lot (16hours a week) Can someone tell me what is going on???
