thrush!!

So the other day I noticed that my LO had a white tongue. I read that it could be milk coating and that it's no big deal. Well he's been super fussy and nothing soothes him. Today I woke up with unbelievably itchy nipples and the white on his tongue was was super thick. I got a cotton cloth and tried to clean his tongue gently like your supposed too to see if it was milk or not and his tongue started to bleed a little. I called the doctor and he most likely has thrush. And I have it as well. I sterilize his bottles and pacifiers constantly and have no idea how we got it. I think it was antibiotics I was put on that gave us it but not sure. He's been so fussy and none stop crying I don't know how to help him. On top of that my boobs itch so bad I'm not sure how to help myself, plus my milk leaking out smells like sour milk. My baby is only 3 weeks old and we have had none stop problems
