How do I know when in ovulating ? Or what days after/ before my period?

Answer

The exact time a woman ovulates varies. The general method of figuring it out is to track your base temperature, when your base temperature goes up a couple degrees you are most likely ovulating and take an ovulation test to confirm. 
You get your base temp by taking your temperature first thing when you wake up. Ideally before you even get out of bed, literally the first thing you do when you open your eyes.
