Caught my bf digging through my phone

So last night I woke up at like 3am and found my bf trying to plug in my phone. I asked him what he was doing he said he was trying to plug it in. I told him I was confused because it was charged when I went to bed. Turns out he's been digging through my text messages with my sister. I tell my sister everything. She's my person.

He knows I'm not a cheater. And has said he knows I never would. But weve been fighting alot lately over stupid shit. But imo that doesn't give him the right to dig through my phone. He has my password for emergency purposes. Not to dig for information. And he doesn't think I have a right to be mad. But I'm pissed. I don't go digging through his stuff. Any of it. I totally feel violated. Like he really doesn't trust me.

Am I over reacting? He's always questioning me as to if I want to be with him. And says he doesn't feel like I want him here. I got to go out for 3 hours with friends for dinner this week. But he got to go out for 10 hours with his buddies yesterday. Combine that with pregnancy hormones and you've got one hell of an awesome cocktail. I do love him more than anything. But I need him to stop questioning if I want to be with him(sigh)
