are quick oats safe?

I'm just wondering if we can eat the packets of quick oats when you're pregnant? 
Like the ones you just add milk and microwave. Some are flavoured etc.

A lot healthier than some of the crap I've eaten throughout my pregnancy and I've been fine. Oats are also supposed to be really good for milk production I've heard ? I could be wrong but either way it's a good alternative to a lot of other 'quick snacks'

They are great for you ! Good source of fiber and protein . Just don't go crazy on brown sugar . Add fruit
