the pill and exams??

So my mom has decided that she is going to put me on the pill and I am totally okay with that. I am super nervous about the exams they are going to be doing. Any advice on what to expect and reassurance would be greatly appreciated.

I was always nervous, too. Just relax and remember that the doctor has done those exams a million times! Make sure to take your pill everyday and remember that they will temporarily stop working while (or if) you are on any kind of antibiotics.

I've never been on the pill, but just make sure you take it every single day. Set alarms and don't miss it. If you miss one and would have unprotected sex there's a super high chance you'll get pregnant. And I got bc when I was 15 so I can't remember if they did an exam or not, I know they didn't do one when I got the depo after my nexplanon removal, but exams arnt bad at all. Just a bit of pressure.
