Is temping stressful?

I'm trying to be less stressed and I don't want to try that next month if it will stress me out

For the first 2 months of TTC I tracked my temp but I found that any little spike or dip would make me get my hopes up and then depressed when it didn't happen. So I stopped. Still no bfp though :(

I don't think it was stressful but I did have a hard time remembering to do it before I got out of bed. I gave up after trying it for a couple months.
